How do I insert a signature line for my client's acknowledgement on the quotations?

There is not a specific facility for a signature line on quotations, however you can achieve this using another field.
On the Customer record you will find a field called "Quote Comment 1" and "Quote Comment 2".
You could enter some text into "Quote Comment 1" with something like:
"Sign here for acceptance of the quotation ______________________"
This will print at the bottom of the quotation.
