The BAI2 bank transaction format is a file format that some banks support and allow your transactions to be exported as.
This format is somewhat better than the usual CSV format in that you do not need to map fields to use it and it also contains the final balance of the account so this can be automatically imported into Bookkeeping along with the transactions themselves.
