How do I change the order of accounts in the chart of accounts?

The accounts screen lists the chart of accounts. It is accessible from the Accounts menu or from the Accounts toolbar button.
You can move accounts to the location you want using the move handles on the right.
You can also reallocate the account numbers by pressing the "Reallocate" button on the toolbar.
This will distribute accounts with 10 between each account and 200 between each summary account.
The order of accounts affects the order that is shown on reports such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
